Sweet potatoes
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375F. Wash sweet potatoes and pierce a few times with a fork to allow steam to escape. Place potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 45-55 min (depending on size of potato.) When done, potato will be soft when squeezed gently. Serve with brown sugar and cinnamon.
